How HŌM Collects consent and communications with platform users via text message.

About the HŌM SMS Program
HŌM (operated by PropCents, Inc.) is a software platform for real estate professionals. We use SMS text messaging to support account onboarding, provide service notifications, and deliver customer support to professionals who use our platform.
Our SMS messages are transactional and conversational only. We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or financial product advertisements via SMS.
How Consent Is Collected
HŌM serves real estate professionals who are onboarded to the platform through enterprise agreements with their employing brokerages. SMS consent is obtained through the following methods:
Consent Collection Methods
Enterprise Agreement: The employing brokerage enters into a service agreement with HŌM that authorizes SMS communications for account onboarding and customer support for professionals covered under the agreement.
Account Onboarding: During the onboarding process, users provide their mobile phone number and are informed that they will receive text messages from HŌM related to account setup, service notifications, and customer support.
Direct User Initiation: Users may also initiate a support conversation by replying to any HŌM text message, constituting consent for that exchange.
SMS Consent Disclosure
The following disclosure is presented to users during the onboarding process when their mobile phone number is collected:
"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and support text messages from HŌM. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Text messaging is not required to use HŌM. No mobile information will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes."

You may receive messages related to:
Account creation confirmations
App download instructions and setup guidance
Onboarding tips and getting-started resources
Service notifications and platform updates
Customer support responses
Follow-up messages if onboarding steps are incomplete
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with onboarding and support activities. Most users receive between 3–10 messages during initial account setup, with occasional messages thereafter for service notifications and support.
Opt-Out & Help
You can manage your SMS preferences at any time using the following keywords:
STOP
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all HŌM text messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
HELP
Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also email support@hompro.io or visit hompro.io/support.
Data Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from HŌM.
